- Dusting and wiping of all surfaces, including desks, shelves, and countertops
- Cleaning of windowsills, skirtings, and door handles
- Emptying of bins and replacing liners
- Cleaning and sanitizing of kitchenettes: countertops, sinks, and exterior of appliances
- Cleaning of bathrooms: toilets, basins, mirrors, and floors
- Vacuuming and mopping of all floors
- Spot cleaning of glass doors and internal partitions
- Light tidying of communal areas
- Washing of general dishes
Deep Office Clean / End-of-Lease Cleaning
- All services in the Standard Clean, plus:
- Deep cleaning and sanitizing of bathrooms and kitchenettes
- Cleaning of inside and outside of cupboards (if empty)
- Cleaning of office appliances (e.g., microwave, kettle, fridge exterior)
- Dusting and wiping of high-touch areas: light switches, aircon units, ceiling fans, and blinds
- Detailed vacuuming and mopping, including under furniture
- Cleaning of internal glass and partitions
Exclusions (Unless Quoted Separately):
- Washing of walls and windows
- Cleaning of heavily soiled kitchenware
- Laundry, ironing, or document organization
