Standard Turnover Clean
Perfect for quick guest changeovers, this service includes:
- Full surface wipe-down and dusting
- Bathroom and kitchen sanitization
- Bed making and linen straightening (fresh linen must be provided)
- Vacuuming and mopping of all floors
- Emptying bins and replacing liners
- Light tidying and restaging of the space
Deep Clean
Ideal for periodic maintenance or after long stays, this includes everything in the Standard Clean, plus:
- Deep scrubbing of bathrooms and kitchen
- Cleaning inside cupboards and appliances (if empty)
- Dusting of blinds, ceiling fans, and high-touch areas
- Under-furniture vacuuming and detailed floor care
Exclusions (Unless Quoted Separately):
- Window and wall washing
- Laundry and ironing
- Heavily soiled dishes or cookware

Airbnb’s 5-Step Enhanced Cleaning Process
Airbnb’s Enhanced Cleaning Protocol is a standardized, science-backed cleaning process developed to help hosts maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene between guest stays. It was created in collaboration with health and hospitality experts, including guidance from the CDC and endorsements from organizations like the World Travel & Tourism Council
1.Prepare
- Ventilate the space before cleaning
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) like masks and gloves
- Gather all necessary cleaning supplies
2.Clean
- Remove dust and dirt from surfaces
- Wash linens and dishes
- Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors
3.Sanitize
- Use approved disinfectants on high-touch surfaces (e.g., doorknobs, light switches, remotes)
- Follow contact time instructions for disinfectants
5.RESET
- Safely dispose of or wash cleaning supplies
- Restock with fresh linens, toiletries, and essentials
- Stage the space for the next guest
4.Check
- Use room-by-room checklists to ensure all tasks are completed
- Double-check high-traffic areas and guest essentials
Hosts who commit to this protocol can display a special badge on their listing.
If unable to meet the protocol, hosts can opt for a booking buffer (e.g., 72 hours between stays) to allow for thorough cleaning
